Refund policy

 

As a small business we do not cover postal costs for returns, we advise you use the same bag/box and pack the return as small as possible to save on money and resources.

Please message us to set up a return, our full address isn't on the invoice for security reasons and it will not be returned to us if the full address is not presented we do not accept responsibility if this is done.

We have a 30 day return policy. your 30 days start when you receive your item.

As long as your item is sent back within the 30 days it does not matter if it exceeds the 30 days as long as you have proof you've sent it back then that's fine.
