Now this insert was a biggy for me as some of you may know I suffer from severe anxiety it’s a horrible mental health disorder that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone!, there’s a “little read” at the bottom of the website with a story about when mine started.
This insert has really helped relax my mind in a daily basis I don’t think I could live without it now to be honest,it isn’t a cute but it definitely helps me!.
I use this to put my daily struggles in and just sort of off load anything I’m anxious about , I also added the little anxiety wins section because no matter how bad your day has been or has felt you should always take something positive away from it, whether it was going to the shop on your own or leaving the house both and all are little wins.
So let’s beat anxiety together and take everyday as it comes.
