As a busy mum of 4 who also has mental health issues I have gained so much of my control back using this “Brain dump”insert, at the end of each day I dump all my worries and anything that’s playing on my mind (I usually do this just before bed) this way I have got rid of everything on my mind they say “a problem shared is a problem halved” well I share mine with my journal.
