As a mum my brain tends to work in over drive and it normally happens right before I go to bed if I’ve had an overstimulated day or the kids have just been on one all day (you know how it is!) , some mornings I wake up more tired than when I went to sleep , so I started writing down what sleep I was getting to see if there was a pattern and shockingly there was a pattern that’s when I started using my brain dump insert more and I saw a difference from my previous sleep pattern.
I also used to write down my babies sleep pattern that would help me through the following day with feeds , naps or if they were possibly coming down with something , keeping track of sleep is a must for me.
